GENERAL CONDITIONS
Geretti Sports B.V., established and offices to Marktstraat 17 Helmond,
and is registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven

Geretti Sports B.V.. must work only under these conditions,
unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Purchase Agreement
A sale is after placing the order in one of our stores.
In confirmation we will send the customer an email with all order and address information as
the client has completed.
Mistakes and errors are entirely at the risk and expense of the buyer.
Would you still cancel the order then we ask you to immediately send email to us.
Cancel too late and the order is in process than we charge 5% administration costs.
2. Prices
The price we are in Euro, including VAT but excluding postage.
All prices are subject to price changes. Prices have not changed
impact on current orders.
3. Payment Method
The orders must be paid in advance to be paid via bank transfer or other online payment methods. Exceptions are the
C.O.D. orders.
3.1. Advance payment by bank or giro:
After placing the order you will receive the information you need to pay the order to us. You pay this amount yourselves for example by a transfer card (note: the processing by your bank will at least 4 to 6 business days) or internet (the length of books on 1 day or more). Once this amount is credited to us, the order will be sent to you. Note, Buyer will pay the transfercost

3.2. COD (Only for The Netherlands):
If you choose to pay in cash you pay on delivery of goods to the postman.
For COD delivery we charge € 7.00 extra.
COD orders are only shipped within the Netherlands.
The details of a delivery order from our extra checks on accuracy due
people who just send COD orders.
For COD orders returned to us there will be additional administration fee!
3.3. IDEAL (only for the Netherlands):

3.5. Credit Card:
Via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express). You can use your credit card information through our secure SSL procedure safely and we will make with your credit card organization a proper handling.
Your credit card payment is with us through the Ogone Payment Server. These data will not storedor processed with us on the webshop.
3.6. Bancontact / Mister Cash (only for Belgium)
With Bancontact / Mister Cash you trusted, secure and easy online purchase from us directly checkout. You charge into your Internet payment area, based on specific security methods of your own bank. 3.7. Giropay: (only for Germany)
Giropay is an online payment platform of the German banks, that the existing German system of online banking is based, especially for use in E-commerce environments was designed.

All Geretti Sports BV shipments are properly packaged.
The delivery is by parcel post or by means of a signature for receipt.
6. Shipping Methods and cost
Orders are sent with UPS after receipt of payment. UPS supplies in most cases the order within
one to two business days. Shipments shall always bear the risk of the buyer.

7. Cash Orders
Orders that we send cash to a customer only sent 1 time.
Cash Orders are only shipped within the Netherlands.

8. Delivery

9. Packages not picked up at the post office
If the package by the customer will not be picked up at the post office will send us
only the second time in advance the additional costs incurred will be reimbursed to us.
This costs 14 Euro per package.

10. Your order status

11. Exchange / return an article
Geretti Sports B.V. customers are entitled to upon receipt of the goods within 8 days an item to exchange / return.
The clients have to pay for the shipping cost of return.
The goods can only be returned in undamaged packaging and not opened, they should be in the same condition and should not be used or worn. This related to hygiene. Nor should any labels, stickers and cards removed. If you want am article to exchange / return you should use the following steps.
Send us a direct e-mail containing your order number and specify any complaints / reasons for exchange / return.

General conditions to the exchange / return an article
Correspondence is by email, it is your own responsibility that we have your correct email address.
Notification of the returned goods must be made within 8 days after the call with us inside. 8 days begin on the date you received the goods.

Please note that not every article can be exchanged. See below.

-Geretti Sports B.V. will pay within 10 workingdays after full completion of the returns goods your money back.
12. Articles that can not return
The following articles can not be exchanged / returned:
articles not included in original condition and / or packaging are.
articles that worn / used.
articles wth the labels, stickers and card removed
articles that are printed. Despite our experience and expertise regarding the printing of polyester, we can not guarantee that there is no bleeding will occur. Given that many (external) factors have a role to play, we can not be held responsible in case of bleeding.
If you do not meet these conditions means you can not trade Articles / return. All administrative costs incurred (7.50 euro) will be charged to the customer.
13. Guarantee
If the customer receives a defective product, in an undamaged packaging by Geretti Sports B.V.exchanged for the same or similar product.

If we find that we have sent a damaged product we will reimburse the shippingcost of the exchange. The factory warranty of most manufacturers (Nike, Adidas, Puma, Lotto, Munich, Calcio Italia) is 2 months. Paint damages are not under warranty but are users tracks.
14. You have received the wrong article
If you receive a wrong product, Geretti Sports B.V. will exchanged this for the same or similar product. The customer need within 8 days contact our
customer service.
If we find that we have sent the wrong product we will reimburse the shippingcost of the customer for this product exchange.

17. Not respecting our conditions
